Food waste/spoilage caused by microbial cell has recently emerged as a major food insecurity and environmental concern. Additionally, spoilage contributes to the economic crisis healthy problems. As result, an active packaging system is still required keep safe protect its quality from foreign contaminants. The purpose of this review was summarize current solutions difficulties antimicrobial compounds in composite applications. Specifically, extrusion coating methods for incorporating into systems their optimum processing parameters common polymer composites were revealed. inorganic organic substances/compounds with quantities adding activity (reduction, partially deactivation completely deactivation) presented. creating package properties concerning issues migration additives product, accumulation well temperature elaborated. Therefore, work open up entire scientific knowledge on used materials application helps develop important results large scale operations
